FT: Arsenal 4-0 Chelsea
It’s all over! Arsenal add another goal through Albert Sambi Lokonga with the last kick of the game and comfortably beat Chelsea in Orlando.
Goals from Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Lokonga put Thomas Tuchel’s side to the sword as the Gunners showed their superior sharpness in the Florida Cup.
Chelsea looked off the pace from the start and despite a slight improvement in the second half, they will be unhappy with their performance.

Arsenal seal the deal
72’ Arsenal 3-0 Chelsea
After Chelsea improved after the break it looked likely that they would get a goal back. However, the Gunners have added a third on what seems like their first attack of the second half.
The goal may slow the game down now as both teams begin to make wholesale changes.

A yellow card?
50’ Arsenal 2-0 Chelsea
It’s a rare pre-season yellow card. Mason Mount receives it but I’m not sure what exactly for…
The players seem as confused as I am!

Chelsea change system
48’ Arsenal 2-0 Chelsea
Those changes at half-time have led to Tuchel changing his side’s formation. It now looks like a back three for Chelsea.
Will that give them hope of getting back into the game?

Aaron Ramsdale enjoying life at Arsenal
Aaron Ramsdale is going from strength to strength at Arsenal and the England goalkeeper has said he is enjoying life at the club.
Speaking ahead of today’s friendly with Chelsea, Ramsdale said when asked if he’s enjoyed his side’s pre-season tour: “Very much so. It’s my first time out here with a football club. It’s hot, hard work, but to see the fans being so enthusiastic and supportive has been a great first week.”
Ramsdale has been able to see Arsenal’s fantastic fanbase in the United States up close which has made him feel even more loved at the club.
He added: “To feel wanted and to feel loved makes me feel eight feet tall. I’ve been able to have the pressure of them really willing me on and wanting me to do well. Not wanting to let them down allows me to raise my game and my concentration levels.
“There’s no better feeling as a footballer when you’ve got 50,000 people singing your name. My connection with these guys especially, who I’ve never played in front of and never met, has obviously filtered through from the UK.”

Seven Arsenal players warming up fairly strenuously as the half-time whistle blows. Would expect a good number of changes. 🔴⚪️🇺🇸
