Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges was arrested on a felony Wednesday, according to Los Angeles Police Department records. No additional information was released by the LAPD. The 24-year-old was later released after posting $130,000 bail and is due back in court on July 20 in Los Angeles.
Bridges, a first-round pick in 2018 out of Michigan State, has played four seasons for the Hornets. He averaged 20.2 points and seven rebounds a contest last season while helping Charlotte reach postseason play-in game.
The Hornets extended Bridges a qualifying offer on Tuesday, making him a restricted free agent.
