Lil Uzi Vert Returns to Drop Off New EP ‘Red & White’

Lil Uzi Vert’s Red & White EP has arrived.

Uzi, who recently listed their pronouns as they/them on Instagram, announced the EP last week. “Red & White Ep …. Before The P!NK,” Uzi wrote in the post, referencing their long-awaited P!NK tape project.

After teasing Red & White, Uzi dropped a slew of tracks to SoundCloud over the past few days, including the Maaly Raw-produced “Hittin My Shoulder” and “Flex Up.” Uzi also shared “I Know,” which was produced by Sonny Digital, and “Space Cadet,” produced by Brandon Finessin, Bally, and ShaunGoBrazy.

The final product clocks in at nine tracks spanning 28 minutes.

As fans await further updates on the tentatively titled P!NK tape, attention has turned to upcoming instances of Uzi’s consistently show-stealing festival presence, including at this September’s Made in America festival. A string of top-tier features have also dotted recent months, including Uzi’s appearance on Pusha-T’s It’s Almost Dry and Pooh Shiesty’s Shiesty Season: Certified.

Fans are also still holding out hope for the eventual unveiling of a full-length collab project from Uzi and Playboi Carti, with the latter providing a promising update on the project in an April-shared interview with XXL. While Uzi was busy “working on mad music” at the time, Carti explained, he’s still hoping he and Uzi can “change the world” with exactly such a project at some point in the future.
