The main event is a last man standing match for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship between champion Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar in a WrestleMania rematch.
Knoxville native and RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair defends her title against Becky Lynch.

WWE SummerSlam results
- Bianca Belair retains her Raw Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch after a KOD in about 16 minutes. Match picked up in the final few minutes. After Belair’s music played post-match, a forlorn Lynch extended her hand for a handshake and the two embraced.
- Once Lynch left the ring, Bayley made her long-awaited return. Io Sharai and Dakota Kai also made surprise entrances. The three, presumably aligned together, made their way to the ring. Lynch returned and stood next to Belair to chase the trio. Wow.
- Logan Paul pins The Miz with Miz’s finisher, Skull-Crushing Finale, after about 11 minutes. Match featured a frog splash from the top rope onto Miz, who was laying on the announce table.
- Bobby Lashley submits Theory via The Hurt Lock after about 6 minutes. Lashley pretty dominant.
- The Mysterios defeated The Judgment Day following Edge’s return and interference, leading to a Rey Mysterio 619 on Finn Balor.
- Pat McAfee pins Happy Corbin to beat his former roommate after about 10 minutes. McAfee is now 8-1 at Nissan Stadium (7-1 with the Colts).
- Drew McIntyre cut a short promo. He’ll fight the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion at Clash At The Castle in Cardiff.
- The Usos retain vs. The Street Profits after about 13 minutes. Street Profits entered Nissan Stadium with the Titans cheerleaders in Titans-themed outfits.
- Riddle came from the crowd to call out Seth Rollins despite the match between the two being cancelled after Rollins’ attack on Raw. Riddle again was beaten down by Rollins, and Rollins laughed his way back to the locker room.
- Liv Morgan pins Ronda Rousey just before tapping out to an arm bar to retain SmackDown Women’s Championship after six minutes. Rousey attacked Morgan and the referee after the match. A replay shows Morgan tapped out right before the 3 count.
- Announced attendance (by Knox County Mayor Kane) is 48,449.
- Roman Reigns successfully defended his Undisputed Universal Titles in about 24 minutes as Brock Lesnar did not answer a 10 count. Reigns and The Usos piled a broken announce table, ring steps and more atop Lesnar to produce the victory. Lesnar rode to the ring in a tractor, eventually using it to lift Reigns into the ring at one point, then lifting the ring up and turning it over with Reigns inside. But The Usos’ interference and numerous shots to the head with title belts gave Reigns the win. Before Reigns got the upper hand, Lesnar sent Paul Heyman through an announce table with an F-5.
